Rules on every AVW job that don't change — no matter the install type.

1. Bottom shims: laminated flat trim, not wood.
   Wood absorbs moisture and can shift the unit over time.
2. Measure every opening and confirm the order sheet before demo.
   Wrong-size units stop the job and waste the customer's day.
3. Keep music at a reasonable volume — no profanity.
   We're guests in someone's home.
4. Stay professional about the customer and their home.
   What you say on site reflects on the whole company.
5. Cover the home — plastic where needed, tarps under every inside opening.
   Protect floors and furniture from debris, dust, and moisture.
6. Treat customers with respect.
   We're working inside their home while it's under stress. Stay patient and professional.
