Mission & How We Operate
Every job gets a plan before the truck leaves. The crew chief runs the plan on site.
The Plan Starts Before Wheels Roll
Before anyone loads the truck, the crew chief builds a dedicated plan for that job:
- Who is on demo and who handles interior install
- How the crew moves around the house until every unit is set
- What materials and tools are needed for this specific job
The crew chief owns this plan. Adjust it on site if conditions change, but never show up without one.
Assign by Strength
- Put your best demo person on demo
- Put your best interior installer on inside work
- Move around the house until all windows and doors are installed
- Finish work follows install — exterior and interior crews coordinate so nothing sits open
How We Move Around the House
Single crew: Demo and install at each opening as you go around the house. When every unit is set, the crew chief and right hand loop back for exterior and interior finish.
Two crews: One person follows whoever is on exterior finish; another follows whoever is on interior finish (trailing the demo/install lead).
